Franklin Estates started when a new property manager moved to Franklin Estates and heard about the work of Path Project of communities like his that were owned by Riverstone Communities. Path Project had dreams of expanding beyond Georgia, but with no contacts residing Tennessee, it seemed impossible. Little did PP founder, Jim Hollandsworth, know that attending a ministry conference in the Tennessee area later that month, he would meet Jason Hale, a local pastor at Rolling Hills Community Church, interested in the ministry. Their conversation would eventually bring Path Project to Tennessee, and Jim could tell the new property manager the good news! Now, the Franklin Estates programs are busting at the seams and it has shaped a model for future expansions.
